DOK is an up and coming brewery based in the charming cultural city of Ghent in Belgium. The brewhouse is designed to brew the biggest possible variety of stiles, and they try to never brew the same beer twice! As most Belgian brewers they carry with them a respect for Belgian brewing traditions. Combined with an almost unruly need to play and an experiment this makes DOK one of the most exciting newcomers on the Belgian scene.
