Ian Stewart started as a homebrewer in 2008. In 2014 he realized his dream and started Brick Brewery in Peckham, south-east London. Brick has grown steadily and is considered as one of England’s most solid family owned breweries. Their team of brewers are found of traveling and gathering inspiration, and this reflect in the beers. You’ll find anything from Peckham Lager, exotic sour beers with fruit and berries, different sort of IPAs, traditional English beers, hefeweizen and saisons.
