A new and interesting German brewery suddenly showed up on our radar and we invited them soon after. Bräugier Craftbier is based in Berlin. It was started by Brian Trauth who quicklu made Johannes Dunkel join the team. Brian wanted to return to the original German brewing tradition, marked in his view by diversity, innovation and openness to the world. "Craft beer is ATTITUDE!" he once stated. We believe him.
