At the beer festivals we’ve attended abroad there has always been a long que at this brewery. Well, they’re not really a brewery but Raf Soef is a blender. He is a wizard and the man behind Bokke, previously known as Bokkereyder and Method Goat. He started up in 2013 and have already reached status as a legend within the game. With his extensive knowledge and love for the Belgian sour beer tradition he dishes out the most beautiful, creative and surprising versions of lambic. Often made with fruit, berries and herbs.
